itec has been more than just a recruiting firm for us. We consider itec an extension of our internal recruiting team as a recruiting partnership.
Not only are they helping us find people. But people that fit into our corporate culture. We have placed several people in our company from itec.
itec knows who they have placed here and continues to look for alignment with the team for us.
