Itec group Inc. brings more than 40 years of experience as an industry leader in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering.  We are looking for an energetic and driven professional interested in learning how to recruit in the professional service solutions industry.  You will work alongside some of the best Recruiters and Account Managers and will learn how we create mutually beneficial relationships with candidates across multiple industries.  You’ll have the opportunity to tour and observe world-class, iconic Canadian companies; witness how they operate and get a glimpse into their products and service offerings so that you may source and select the best talent for their business needs. 

 

Snapshot of Responsibilities: 

  • Interview potential candidates for current and future career opportunities 
  • Build a network of skilled and experienced  professionals. 
  • Qualify job duties with the hiring manager and discuss organizational strategy and growth 
  • Manage the interview process with candidates from initial contact, interview, presentation to client, client interview, and employment offer through onboarding and staying in touch with them as a career mentor
  • Learn about current and new trends in various industries in Ontario
  • Create, execute and manage a business strategy within your assigned sector
  • Develop trusting relationships with candidates and clients 

 

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, services, hospitality  
  • Experience creating strategic plans and taking plans from concept to delivery to review 
  • Success in building strong, long term relationships
  • Personal Traits: competitive drive, ambitious, problem solver, detail-oriented 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven record of achieving/exceeding performance goals

What you need to bring to the table:

1-2 years’ experience making outbound sales calls

Proven record of achieving/exceeding performance goals

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Post-secondary education (diploma or degree)You are ambitious and have the desire to work with the best

You enjoy learning new things and have the attitude and aptitude to do so

You have experience in networking as well as building and maintaining lasting relationships

You have the ability to represent itec group in the highest standards with a focus on continuing to develop and contribute to our brand  

You have above average communication skills and strong emotional intelligence
